Odis served as a medical technician at Lackland, where he saw how much of a veteran's future rides on a few lines in a treatment note. After his own separation, he helped two friends through their VA appeals before deciding to make it his work.
He handles VA decision reviews and Board appeals, along with SSI claims, and he's the one who drives out when a client can't come downtown.
